Vivilings
Vivilings are unnatural beings. They are the result of dark magic being used in an attempt to create life. Vivilings often do not possess the full anatomy of most other lifeforms like themselves- they have very few organs and are often missing features such as noses, ears, and mouths. Despite their limited senses, they seem to be just as aware of the world around them as most other Anthroests are. Many Vivilings are loyal to their creator above all else, and they are virtually indestructible. There are no records on how to kill a Viviling.
Basic Information
Anatomy
The anatomy of Vivilings varry greatly from one to another, but they most commonly have a human-like shape to them. Typically they have two arms and two legs -although sometimes they have extras protruding from their body in strange places, or don't have enough of them- and usually have one head, although there have been sightings of Vivilings with head counts upwards of fifteen. It is rare that they have tails, but it does happen, as is the case with horns, fins, gills, webbing, and many other traits that lifeforms can have. There was even once a Viviling with leaves protruding from its elbows, knees, and chin.
Biological Traits
As far as is known, there are no real limits to the biological traits that Vivilings can possess. There are no current records of a Viviling dying , even outliving their creators. Additionally, they can be any height or weight, although the most common size for Vivilings is around the average for most anthroests (i.e. the average for humans). However, it is important to note that while this is the average, there is fluctuation infinitely in either direction, as Vivilings can be whatever size their creators make them to be (although it is important to note that how large a creator can make a Viviling is determined by their creator's power).
Genetics and Reproduction
Vivilings are entirely incapable of reproducing. The only way for new Vivilings to come into being is if more are created through dark magic. There have been experiments run to see if it is at all possible for Vivilings to become their own, self-replicating species and develop a sort of independence as Anthroests, but these have all ended with negative results, with some even killing the Vivilings involved.
Ecology and Habitats
Vivilings have no optimal environment that they can exist in, as they are adept to survive in whatever climate their creator needs them to be in. Their skin is resistant to all tempurates -although it has been found that it is possible to freeze Vivilings in sub-zero tempuratures- and they are entirely unreliant on a stable food source, as they are incapable of eating in the first place. They have no natural predators that could pose a threat to them due to their unnatural origin, and anything that does try to hunt a Viviling finds itself with a rather unfortunate fate.
Biological Cycle
Vivilings have no biological cycle, as their natural form is so biologically superior to natural lifeforms that they have no need for one. They are in the same state always, regardless of season, age, or environment, proving that they are a superior form of lifeform in some aspects, despite being inferior in others.
Behaviour
There have been many attempts to study the psychology of Vivilings over the years, although there have been no significant conclusions made from these studies. Every Viviling is wildly different in their behavious and psychology, as it is largely determined by the needs and intent of their creator. The only trait they all share is that they all serve their creator's every wish and would do anything to protect them.
Additional Information
Uses, Products & Exploitation
Vivilings are used by their creators for physical labor- often in the form of conflict. The most powerful weilders of dark magic have had multiple Viviling servants, often used as a personal guard (although not always). They are one of the most effective uses of dark magic, but wielders of dark magic are also limited in how many they can make by their power, similar to how the size of their Vivilings are limited.
Facial characteristics
While there is some amount of percieved consistancy in the general build of Vivilings, that all goes away when the discussoin moves to their facial characteristitcs. The faces of Vivilings varry wildly- some have eyes, some don't. Some have ears, or holes in the sides of their heads, and some don't have any form of ears at all. Some have noses (some even having more than one), and some have none at all. The same is true of mouths, horns, spikes, fins, pincers, and all sorts of other things on their faces.
Average Intelligence
Vivilings, alongside Fex, are the dullest anthroests in all of The Surface Realm and The Under Realm. While they are considered to be alive, they are nothing more than an animate object (with that object being what was really created by dark magic)- they have no brains to speak of, only following their creators' command. This makes them far less intelligent than any other anthroest in the worlds, as they have no intelligence at all.
Perception and Sensory Capabilities
Despite commonly lacking the physical parts needed to do so, Vivilings always seem to have an accute understanding of their surroundings, as if they have an eighth sense that allows them to be aware of the exact position of all matter around them. Additionally, they seem to have a strange immunity to all magic, as any spell cast on them either has no effect or backfires on the caster. They also have a strange ability, which is that they always seem to know where in Existence their creator is, even if they are in a far-off realm. Vivilings can always find their way back to their creator.
Civilization and Culture
Major Language Groups and Dialects
Vivilings have no verbal linguistic capabilities- however, they do possess a psychic link with their creators, and there are rumors that Vivilings are also able to telepathically communicate with other Vivilings. However, outside of these magical forms of communication, it is entirely impossible for a Viviling to communicate with those around them, and incredibly difficult for others to communicate with a Viviling.
History
Vivilings have no significant history of their own to note. They are often the servants of those wielding dark magic and so they commonly serve various regimes, but they have no history of their own, instead sharing their history with whatever master may have made them. However, it is worthwhile to note that the first known Viviling was created around 15,000 years ago, meaning they have had a place in Tarnyk's history for millennia, even if they had no choice in the matter.

Average Physique
While Vivilings lack brains and intelligence entirely, they make up for it in their physical capabilities- they are entirely indestructable, and have no known limits to their physical capabilites. Vivilings have even been knokwn to remove and re-attach entire limbs, and if a limb is lost they are able to regrow them within seconds. In terms of raw power, Vivilings are among the strongest things to ever exist in the whole of Existence.
Body Tint, Colouring and Marking
While there is much variation in the appearance of Vivilings, there is one thing that remains constant: Their skin is always a dull, lifeless shade of gray. It is believed that this is the case because, while Vivilings are considered to be living, they truly are nothing more than a lifeless vessel that follows the will of its creator, as if they were a living thing. Therefore, it would follow that they would show this lifelessness in their physical appearance.
