Old Man Joe
Old Man Joe is the keeper of the Harbor Town lighthouse. He's rarely seen in town, as he sleeps during the day and is up at night looking out for lost ships. However, whenever people do encounter him, they think him to be quite odd. He smells strongly of rotten fish on top of his terrible BO, and has a long, scraggily beard. He always seems to be looking out for something, and he talks about there being something in the shadows that's out to get him. However, he serves an important role to the island, so people tend to cut him some slack.
