Icehome Ocean

The Icehome Ocean occupies most of the northern known world. It is found to the north of Ayndrinor and its surround islands, Ikitur and Dalkaria. No one is quite sure exactly how large the Icehome Ocean is or if anything lies beyond. It is choked with ice and almost impossible to pass for all but a few weeks out of the year. Most scholars consider it somewhat of a glacial expansion of the continents instead of an ocean, but new technological advances in icebreaker ships has allowed some navigation and exploration to occur in recent years.   The floes and bergs of the Icehome are the habitat of many cold-weather animals such as walruses, narwhals, polar bears, seals, penguins, and orcas. Polar explorers have reported seeing a large white dragon for at least the last hundred years, but no one is sure where it lives or if there might be more than one out there.
