White Wolf

White Wolf is a city located in the temperate mountains, where the vegetation is lush. White Wolf grew around a road that connects two other cities, and is comprised mostly of dwarves, with some gnomes. They are a patriarchal feudalist militocratic absolute monarchy that worships many deities, none having a clear majority at all.

The nearest landmark is a tree has fallen over a creek, its trunk forming a narrow bridge. It would be easy for a small-sized creature to walk across, but medium-sized creatures might have difficulty. A population of 12000, the denizens live a squalid existence. A tournament is currently taking place.

Rumors

Rumor 1
When people talk about Bards and the Bees, they say you can pay for the services by doing contract work. Apparently, it specializes in illegal stuff. If this is found out, the place would be burnt down, and the owners hung. It is clearly kept in great secret.

    Law and Order

There is a strong guard presence enacted by The Workers of Rockstein, with citizens seeking to live in the city being forced to undergo background checks. The Workers of Rockstein are well armed, and brutality is not unheard of.' Law in White Wolf is very much punitive based, and those that breach the laws can expect hard labor, incarceration, or sometimes public execution. Crime is an ugly stain on humanity, to be punished. Magic is treated with extreme suspicion, and is coded into law as a restricted activity.

    Industry & Trade
