The Qomarid set into the sky the sun and the moon and for the first time the peoples of Avalos beheld the light and the Great Dawn was upon them.

When all was dark, and the demons ruled the lands with an unquenchable hunger, there came saviors from the heavens. The Qomarid, like gods they were cloaked in radiance and brilliant fire. The light cleansed the land and the demons were driven away and into the dark depths of the world.
