Vargas Allestraga
The Duke of Ewhas, and soon to be King of Southern Kuchils. This will be after the Treaty of Three Dukes, when Mostros and Droias Croia break off.
Vargas Allestraga has lived in Ewhas his entire life, though spent time in the capital before the Fall Of Atrea, as a teenager. He's leery of the Aquens to this day, but gives them space.
Duke Vargas Allestraga is charismatic and friendly to the point of being generous, but known to take severe and harsh action when the time calls. It's drawn ire, and he's repeatedly brought scathing pushback down as a result, but it never seems to matter to him.
Vargas Allestraga was instrumental in drawing up the Treaty of Three Dukes, and effectively kept his borders locked down through careful military and diplomatic strategy over the last 40 years. He's largely considered successful in his career, but has made no lack of enemies in the process.
