Blackthumb Blackpowder
Blackthumb Blackpowder is run by a family of gnomes, Barnes, Valerie, and Malory.
Barnes is missing, as is Valerie. Malory has been running the shop in their absence. A broken clockwork was found in their backyard. The shop is also their home.
They take safety extremely seriously, which is why they're willing to live above a powderkeg in a very real way.
Purpose / Function
Blackthumbs is a purveyor of black powder. They primarily provide to the Duke of Ewhas, and through the Ewhasian Merchants Guild to be exported around Auvis.
The building serves as a workshop, blasting zone (the backyard is massive and walled in), and sells small amounts to anyone who needs it, be they artificer, alchemist, machinist, or mischievous.
Denizens
Malorie is the only remaining Blackthumb, Valerie and Barnes having been kidnapped to the Clockwork Tower.
Alterations
The backyard was walled in to protect neighbors from shrapnel, after a series of small accidents.
