Slider

The Slider is a single person all terrain vehicle with gravitational resistant thrusters and small target weaponry.

The latest vehicle used by the Caso City Guard, it boasts astounding acceleration and manoeuvrability with an easy to learn control system. This vehicle has revolutionised the way that the City Guard can deal with crime within Caso City. Faster response time has meant a distinct decrease in unsolved crime across the city and its non lethal weaponry has helped mend some recent public relation issues amongst the people of Caso.

The front portion of the Slider holds the engine, along with both the propulsion and weapon systems whereas its rear end houses the cockpit, thrusters and holographic display. It's simple and elegant design allows it to be manned by any member of the city guard with minimal training, however its exposed cockpit does mean it lacks any meaningful armor or protection for the pilot. The Slider excels at swarming tactics, surrounding the culprits and encircling them until a prisoner transport vehicle can arrive. Its biggest weakness is its power source being both extremely volatile and being at the front, this vehicle is designed with chasing in mind, not open field combat.

The Slider also boasts gravitation resistant thrusters, allowing it to drop from small heights without slowing down. It also means that it can travel over almost any terrain with ease, though it is unable to travers water or any wetlands such as bogs or marshes.
