Additional Information

Facial characteristics

Drow have silver-white hair and grey, purple, blue, or green eyes; they also often have slightly more pointed canine teeth.

Perception and Sensory Capabilities

Rather than the low-light vision of their kin, Drow posses a so called dark vision that allows them to see as well in the dark as humans do in broad daylight.

Civilization and Culture

History

After the War of Destinies a large scale civil war broke out between the Drow, Aeldurin, and Raedurin over blame for the amount that Elven prestige and face suffered from the backlash of their support for Kahren Derosa with the Aeldurin and Raedurin ganging up on the Drow and driving them deep into seclusion
Surface Drow: Deep-woods drow are free-spirited folk who love song and dance. Since they prefer deep woods where the sun, moon, and stars are never visible they do not revere them the way other elves do; rather they honor and celebrate their ancesters.
Subterranean: Most of these drow have returned to the worship of Lolth and their culture reflects this. Severely matriarchal and wrapped in intrigue and backstabbing; it seems to matter little that their prayers and priestesses have a very weak connection to the non-Aurun deity.

Conservation Status
Currently divided into two cultures. about 60% live below ground while 40% remain on the surface; neither groups is thought to be endangered at this time
Body Tint, Colouring and Marking
Drow skin tone is ebon-black, sometimes with the faintest hint of a bluish tint under bright light.
