Archolords

For one to become an Archolord, they must leave the schooling system and become a low beacon, working under a Lesser-Archolord. One must also be a devoted worshipper of the Inarælea religion, and cannot be a convert of another or a follower of heretical sects.

Most start out as Low Beacon, working for a Lesser-Archolord for about 4 years until he can become a Lesser-Archolord. Afterwards if he decides to continue or not, if he continues he shall become a Lesser-Archolord, working at a temple alone, until he is recognized either by a Rookin Archolord or has been working as an Lesser Archolord for 8 years. If he has fulfilled either, he can become a Rookin Archolord who manages over a High Temptory, which manages the temples across his city. After becoming a Rookin Archolord, if they want to reach the final rank of Archolord, they must be noticed and appointed into the rank by either an Archolord Council or the Highest Beacon. If one does reach the rank of Archolord, this would be the final rank, unless they are appointed as the highest beacon after the Emperor Of Frost and Ash dies.

Since temples, Temptories and Archfactories are usually factory/craft-shop adjacent, they will get a cut of the factory's profits, determined by the owner. If the owner decides to undercut or not pay them at all, 6/7 times they are sanctioned by almost everyone, even the mines that give them necessary resources, until they give a proper amount of money to the factories.

The Archolords and its lesser ranks serve as religious guides, or preachers to new folks who wish to join.

As with any industrial level job, it is a good profession, considering depending on what type of Archolord you are, you either serve in military, industrial, or land based jobs as well. So when compared to a capitalist or an industrialist, it is on par with that class.
