Requirements
The heir or eligible candidate must be the age of 13-17, while also being under education by the Emperor or an appointed Master before becoming even eligible to run. After the background check of actual age and education status has been finished, the candidate must pass a series of real world tests within @Vidia City and @Camila. Usually most of these tests are dealing with problems such as the bureaucracy managing the farther reaches of the empire, faux diplomatic meetings with governors and other leaders, and maybe even some physical tests. The last test however, is always the divinity test.
Within this Divinity test, it will poke and prod at your strength in your faith in @Industria and @Anarwai, which if you fail both gods you are skewered through the heart with 7 rods of @gilded-steel, ending your chance to become the Emperor. However you must show firm faith with at least 1 god in order to become the Emperor.

Managing the 3 most powerful blocs within the Vidian Empire, overseeing the construction of government buildings and monuments, diplomatic negotiations, training with the @Berserkerguard, maintaining the well-being of the people, being the @Highest-Beacon of the @Inarælea, leading the military in every aspect not limited to commanding, arming, and training the troops.

Grounds for Removal/Dismissal
The two main ways to kill the Emperor is either by the loss of both blessings or by a dagger made with the ice crystal lodged in his chestplate.
With the loss of blessings, the people are able to storm the palace and force an abdication of the Lord Master, lest the Berserker Guard intervene, depending on the time period. If the Guard doesn't intervene, then the people would choose a qualified candidate who follows all requirements in order to become the Lord Master.
