Scar awoke in a memory his creator’s tower, seeing his creator, Theresa, as well as all the recognizable facets of her abode Theresa told Scar that he was “special” while maintaining his machinery Scar chose to stay for a little to guard the area Constance awoke to see her best friend, Buck the Satyr but realizing it was a dream she pulled away Buck started insulting Constance in an unusual tone, saying that she “left them” Buck said that he pushed her because she “couldn’t handle it” Her surroundings began to catch fire and burn Buck transformed into her husband, Nigel, claimed that Constance attacked her She said it was self defense He said he couldn’t let her take the “paperweight” Gael awoke back on his ship with his friend Robert and their crew He understood he was in a dream and thanked Robert for his help but said he had to leave Robert began to insult Gael’s vampiric heritage and lambast him for leaving them behind This was likely Gael’s own negative thoughts manifesting The crew began to take on an undead appearance as kraken tentacles began to slam onto the ship Half the ship disappeared and was replaced by his father, Lazarus, appearing seated in front of him Gael wants him dead for some reason Big time family drama Nirx awoke to see Tanya and Annabelle, back in Glimmervale Nirx spoke with Annabelle, who was drawing strange symbols on the ground such as those from Constance’s paperweight and symbols of ravens Drawing of their family with him crossed out Nirx was disturbed by Annabelle and Tanya’s strange attitudes Realizing this was a dream, Nirx attempted to leave. This in turn, caused a shift in the dream Tanya accused Nirx of abandoning them before her and Annabelle’s skins transformed to a red shade while the room became hot Half of the room split open with the Raven Queen appearing on her throne She said “they’re coming” A shadowy figure bursted in and began walking towards Nirx, while Tanya and Annabelle transformed into impish creatures Slick awoke with his personalities all separated and imprisoned while the OG personality worked on some spell The Three began arguing and the Baron had an argument with the King, blaming the King for their predicament Scar attempted to leave but Theresa brought up how she disappeared after he left Theresa began to be replaced by mechanical parts in front of him, as lava began to fill parts of the room His vision changed to a vision of Dobson whipping Dennis in the Asylum Our dreams merged and a fight broke out as the King tried to keep the Three imprisoned while Buck and Nigel attacked Constance The King paralyzed Gael with a spell Theresa tried to keep Scar from getting away A few party members like Nirx and Scar discovered they could control their dreams somewhat Claura was also trapped in a space-like dream which we Gael helped her escape The Three helped Dennis, killing the dream Gobson using dream powers We then found Faeryl trapped in his own dream and the whole party helped him escape A large heart was wrapped in tentacles that caused him great pain when they squeezed inward The walls between the dreams vanished once the whole group was united, allowing us to meet with the Witch of Irisil She provided us the Essence of Gontrov as a reward for making it to her Gael’s biological father is named Lazarus Treznor Traded the Witch of Irisil my crystal of the arcane in exchange for Gael to be given information about his father Constance asked the Witch about her “paperweight” It is a powerful corrupting artifact It comes in a set of other artifacts Gael’s adoptive father was a man named Robert Morgana Gael is actually 75 years old We planned to travel to the Shadenreach, via a portal nearby, in order to obtain a drop of pure darkness   New Characters: Theresa Lacoras (Dream) Buck (Dream) Nigel (Dream) Robert Morgana(Dream) Lazarus Treznor (Dream) Slickk'Twa Witch of Iracel Session 17: A Dream is A Wish Your Heat Makes
