Meadow Elf
The Meadow Elves, a subspecies of the Wood Elf , are an adaptive people. Meadow Elves are believed to have been born from the tall grasses of the Valorus Plains surrounding the Valorus Forest where they now reside.
Meadow Elves are known for being quite fast on their feet and being very dexterous. Having an affinity for the bow they are able to easily travel in nearly any environment from open grasses of the plains to thick underbrush of the forests. Meadow Elves are also master herders known for being able to tame both normal creatures as well as magical creatures. They are the animal husbanders of Wood Elven society.
One of the most well-known creatures domesticated by the Meadow Elves is the Griffin which are often ridden in battle by the Arbor Elf .
