"Who are we?" Lachesis repeats, and she hums thoughtfully, her blind eyes gazing straight ahead. For a moment there is nothing but the sound of Clotho shuffling her tarot cards. "We are the mortal hands of Lady Fate herself. We enact her will, her wants and desires, and punish those who interfere."
Atropos leans close, scarred face and crooked nose broken too many times, and smiles. "Fate is a delicate spool of thread, my friends, and we ensure that no shears come close."

The faction is led by three individuals known as the Fates. They are appointed by Istus herself and have wholeheartedly dedicated themselves to Her cause.
Task forces consist of three people, who each specialise in a specific rank. There are:
Shimmerhands, who practice scrying through physical means like crystal balls, cards and auguries.
Voyants, who combine martial arts with divination to become excellent fighters. They train for years to gain the ability to see seconds into the future to gain the upper hand in battles, an ability that they call combat clairvoyance.
Receivers, who devote themselves entirely to religious practices and hone their minds to get visions of the future from Istus.
