Megnant Keep
Purpose / Function
The building serves as the residence for the Chief, and also contains offices for all of the Elders. The courts are housed inside the keep, as well as the dungeons. The great hall is used for feasts and other social gatherings.
Alterations
Over time the Keep has had many additions. The building that is currently used for housing guests was built to sleep the first Chief and their families. From there wings were added when more space was needed. The first was a stone wall around the grounds, which was raised in height twice since its construction. From there the great hall was built for use as a hub for future alterations. In recent years, Many of the wooden buildings have been converted into stone.
