Athvan (Settlement)
The neutral City of Athvan is one of the newer powers in the Farath strait. It was formed in response to the turmoil that racked the region hundreds of years ago. Since its founding, the city has been well known as a safe haven, and because of this many travelers make their way through the city on their journeys. Because of the long lives of Gnomes, many of the inhabitants of the city were alive at its founding. This has created a deep connection to the tribal past of previous lives, which can be seen in many aspects of daily Athvani life.
