Empala
Geography
A shining city built into the mountains, Empala is the bustling heart of the kingdom. Home to the Shining Citadel and King Jonad himself, many important figures find themselves living amongst the upper layers of the city. Down near the base of the mountain is not quite as appealing, consisting mainly of slums for the servants and lower classes. In the middle layers are the markets, merchants and everything in between; you can find almost any obscure item tucked within its folds and alleyways.
