Colosseum
This buidling is the heart of the Aros Station. It is a large building made of many materials that has excisted for thousands of years. Hundreds of thousands of creatures come to watch or to fight in the colluseum for the chance to change their fate.
Purpose / Function
The purpose of the Colosseum is to create entertainment for those who can afford to watch. It provides jobs for locals and gives low bloods the opportunity to prove themselves.
Alterations
It has grown over time so there are a couple of different materials that have been used to expand giving it a patchwork look. As stronger materials were found the building was reinforced. it often gets damaged from the fighting within and is constantly being repaired with different materials.
Architecture
The building building was originally found on the planet Farfeul so the building was originally made of the local stone. As the years went on the previous owners decided it would would be better to move it to space as the planet began to die. it is decorated industrially with simple walls and simple doorways though the walls and stadium are covered in electronic advertisements. the high bloods area is decorated a little nicer with comfier chairs and the odd décor but not much different.
Defenses
The building has a view defenses and alarms in place. the alarms go off incase of emergencies such as fire, robberies, oxygen leak, or beast escape. the buildings defenses are made up of large metal doors that slide down from the roof, a large security team and a gas that can be sent through certain vents that puts people to sleep.
History
originally the building was built as a simple arena for the locals to train at and burn some energy back when it was on the planet Harfuel. eventually people started using technology in the rings and a game was created. due to the sudden rise in popularity as well as the size of the fighters the building began to grow with more and more add on. after a couple thousand years on the planet the owners decided to launch the building out into space and make it its own space Station as the planet began to die and crumble. once in space many people bought rights to build off of the original building and eventually a floating city was created around the colosseum.
Tourism
Many high blood people come to watch the games that take place in the colosseum. they can either stay in the colosseum and watch from their rooms up high or they can get box seats or regular seats and stay in one of the many local hotels on the Station. Many people who come to the callused also enjoy going to The Gold Room, the local casino also owned by Thumsoth Darren
