La'Irok is the deity of light and the one providing light to the world below. But it wasn't always like that, La'Irok used to be the ruler and creator of the kingdom of Ar'Khos, also known as the king Ar'Khos himself.

Personal history
A prophecy was given on how a golden dragon would be born with scales more gold than pure gold itself, the Golden Scaled condition. This dragon would save Aremas by using his scales to lighten the world when it needs it the most.
Ar'Khos never understood the meaning of this prophecy, but he knew he was meant for something big. So he orchestrated the creation of a dragon empire, with the help of his organisation, The Golden Scales . Managing to create his kingdom on remote islands, he ruled his kingdom for hundreds of years as a respected king. However, one day, a terrible cataclysm happened. The death of a god. Not any god, but the god of sunlight himself. This terrible event caused a massive tremor across the whole world. Eternal darkness. Deaths of thousands, devored by the monsters, now free to roam in the eternal darkness.
That is when Ar'Khos understood his true purpose. He was to ascend and become the new sun. And so that's what he did. Now, he spends half of the day flying in the sky, brightening the world with his scales. During the night, he organize grand feasts and such with the other gods. He has become over the years a well respected gods amongst his pairs. All the gods refer to him as "Ar'Khos", but the terrestrial races, not aware that this new god was the ruler of the dragon land, gave him the name La'Irok.

As a god, he esteem himself free to do whatever he wants during the night. Since he has such a hard time the day, he wants to enjoy all pleasures possibles. That is why he will accept any relation no matter what the gender of the individual is. He however, do care about the individual itself more than its gender.

He used to be all about fighting, but thanks to his comrades in The Golden Scales , he gained enlightment on the world and became a very clever and cunning individual.

Mental Trauma
While he was still young, some bad dragons and other members of species heard of the prophecy concerning a golden scaled dragon (God)) . He was hunted by all kinds of things, until he decided to found an alliance with other dragons. ). This constant hiding and fear caused him a great deal of anxiety that persisted through the year.

He is a very clever dragon, that managed to have a good vision of the world in his mortal years. After discovering the truth of the world as a god, he kept being fascinated by all things even gods couldn't know.
