Rata/Nisarano
Government
The government like many other prefectures is ruled by a single warlord known as a Daimyo, who owned the entirety of the land. The Daimyo is ruled over by the Shogun, who is the ruler of all The Archipelago of Seasons.
Defences
Rata has their own branch of T'eintsa Dahazhin/Horses of Steel and Armour Breakers/Soguk for battles, but also Nusod/Archipelago Samurai for the police force and other battles. As a capital, it has a large wall around it that contain watchtowers situated along with it. Learning from the failures of the Japanese army in Korea, several people were sent there and gained a bunch of Hawachas to guard the perimeter.
Industry & Trade
Prefectures close to the mountains are known for being more profitable because of the farming and also the metals farmed in the area, and so Rata exports the metals of their mountain valley to the industries of the area. Gold was not and still isn't a valuable material in the eyes of the K'aisi/Archipeligons, and thus it is used in the filling broken pots, Copper is used for fine electrical systems which runes cannot handle like engines and such, Aluminium is also used in vehicle manufacturing like in engines and armour.
Infrastructure
-Housing: The prefecture houses homely, about 178-212 square metres at least with a more extended width than depth and two stories. The Architecture style of the houses is similar to that of Kofun Japan with wooden sliding panel walls made out of Koshkod Trees's cloth wood dyed white and maple wood. However, they have flatter wooden rooves because they believe that the ceiling will fall off. Often, some lanterns mark the district this place is in are hung on the roof's overhang.
The houses' first floor contains a small dining area with a Kotatsu, Television on a small bookshelf and Tatami Chairs, a traditional European-style wooden kitchen with a Hearth. At the back of the house, there is often a tiny zen garden with a wooden shrine of the homes' god. In the second story are the bedrooms with, by surprise, bunk beds for multiple people and single beds for single or separate and a study and storage room for the owner of the house to work in. There is also an extension in the roof which contains a large open gap with a small gate and a balcony surrounding the extension. Some homes have a front porch, mainly ones facing the river. Often there is one person per house.
-Shrines: The Shrines are placed within the Rivers of the prefecture and contain a statue of the gods they worship. In Rora they worship the Witches of Earth, Lightning and Plants, as well as Seiryu/Soriu the god of Wood and Nature. When a boat comes through the river, the shrines are designed to sink and cover up any holes using metal, not only protecting the gods but saying that the gods allow you to come through.
-Farms: Rata owns the mountain range they are at the end of, so they grow high mountain valley crops such as Carrots, Radishes, Turnips and Beetroots. Within the garden beds on the homes are tea plants, something which all the people can farm to make their tea, a special tea which grows in colder environments.
-Craft Areas: Blacksmiths, Woodworkers, Chefs, Painters, Potters, Cramiscists, Dollmakers, Writers, Toolmakers etc., all have areas designed for their kind of craft.
-Bridges: Bridges made out of stone bricks with ample curves to let the river pass through them and any ships that come along.
-Universities and Schools: Several small schools were implemented to educate students to become better beasts in the future.
Districts
There are only two Districts. The Housing and Market districts have been fused into the citizen districts, whilst the farms were placed onto the fertile and volcanic mountain range, this also means that there is also mining for the metals and materials, like gold, copper, nickel, lead, diamonds, aluminium and zinc. The Housing district is marked by the white lanterns bearing the Rata crest, whilst the Farming and Mining District is marked by the oil lamps. Originally these districts where their own states called Histandac (Ground Woodcraft) for the housing and market districts and Tsarano (Mountain Valley) for the mining and farming, both named after Wasogo/Toron/A'arokari/ United K'airi for the native Jōmon and Wasogo population.
Assets
Prefectures close to the mountains are known for being more profitable because of the farming and also the metals farmed in the area, and so Rata exports the metals of their mountain valley to the industries of the area.
History
When Oasi Dakded/Osi Daded had initiated the Yosokuso rebellion, Rata had sided with Emperor Yoshnus A’aozhau but had been quickly overpowered due to it's size and joined the Shogunate. It, like many prefectures had been split into multiple parts, in this case 2, between the mountains (Tsarano) and the ground (Histandac). Rata would have their revenge when Jukasejo Rata, became the second Shogun, and moved the Capital to the united prefecture of Řata, where it remains to this day.
Points of interest
The Mountain Town/Ratadasi/Aranogos: The Mountains not only hold farms but also houses, infact there is a large town which is situated along the Rata Mountain Valley. The houses are notably different, seeming more like a modernized version of Jomon Period houses, with wooden walls but still keeping the straw rooves. The walls are made out of maple wood and have panel walls except for the area they curve in, the roof is made out of tied straw on wooden a wooden layer to hang oil lanterns, they look like a smaller version of the main body of Sannai Maruyama's main building.
The Town is an Agrarian society because it is so close to those farms, and thus keeps it's old tradition of trading crops for items. It is also a popular area for Nomads to stay in, as it mimics to original Nomadic meeting place in Toro/Wařzhā, and doesn't offer a stressful time.
The Spring Rice Bar/Oustus Gud Kekog: In the wake of WWI people who couldn't enlist were told to prepare for the war, and a strict alcohol restriction like prohibition was placed in case of an invasion. Because of this, speakeasies, a concept which had been imported from tales of the Americas had been placed. One such speakeasies was the Spring Rice bar, which was made by having a regular looking house, hollowing out a chunk of a non volcanic mountain, and decorating it. It was a popular place where species of all kind could mingle without the restrictions of type, class, job or law. It was eventually found out, but after the war was reopened.
The bar offers Sake, Kvass, Vodka, Wines, Beers and Water for any visitors, with many dishes from all over the globe, aming to be a place where everyone is welcome. There is music, plays, dances and more.
Tourism
Tourists aren't very common, instead they are replaced by Nomad/Naozhso. The prefecture is very popular for Nomads to live in once they're done being Nomads because the Mountain village is similar to the first Nomad Settlement where the Nomads were first conceptualized.
Architecture
The Architecture on the surface level area is similar to that of the Kofun period with minor adjustments, whilst on the mountains it is similar to the Jōmon Period due to the Emishi or Jōmon population their.
Natural Resources
The area offers both farming and mining industries for crops, gold, aluminium, zinc and more. The inside of the mountains also contain caves with special crystal stalactite which is crushed up, stored around and used as a special spice in cooking and as a drug and steroid, providing the user with a body that still functions under pain and key and fast thoughts and intelligence.
