Body Features
Vecna is extremely gaunt and pale, and most texts describe his physical avatar as "skeletal." However, with his mastery over the arcane arts, Vecna can essentially appear in any form that he chooses.
Facial Features
Vecna's one remaining eye, which is a sickly yellow, seems to be almost vacantly observing the world around him.

Vecna is missing both his left hand and eye, which are replaced by glowing green constructs.

Vecna was a powerful wizard in life, and both his death and his ascension to godhood have granted him even more power.

Personal history
Vecna was once a powerful human wizard. Afraid of his eventual death, he turned himself into a lich. His corporeal form was eventually slain by one of his lieutenants, Kas, but by that time he had already ascended into godhood, fighting alongside the Betrayer gods during the Dawn War. Ever since, Vecna has been in the shadows, pulling at the strings of the gods of Archaeon in the service of some devious design that only he knows.
