Veluryan
Veluryan is a secretive and peaceful city of the Akreyans in the westernmost mountains of the Southern Lands. Partially carved into the rock of the gorge in which it lies, it is truly an architectural marvel. The city is known for its rock salt mines, whose yields are sold to Middland via the Spice Road.
The city is a stopover for many merchants from Garandor and can therefore charge high tolls and fees for the storage of goods. Thanks to its wealth, the city can afford a well-trained militia to protect the tollhouses and saltmines.
