Choices matter. Making a choice to attempt SC 24' had incredible value for me as a developing writer. From it, I learned this editorial style, which I have now innovated for the Arc Tribune Newsletter, and I expanded essential Lore with a cool, fresh body of work within Pathon's historic Ice Age.
Those Articles established concepts within that Ancient setting, such as the idea of Micro-Climates or the culture surrounding Thermal Baths. We met the Buniru, the Bottiban, and explored the origin of Giants, in Titanothage. You can read more from the SC 24' Pledge below!

This year, I'd like to set an obtainable goal and complete it. This is why I have chosen to go for the Copper Badge in 2025. I'll have the option to shoot higher without any extra pressure. Right now, Arc Sagas is in the middle of some great expansions and super revisions, including brand new Core Mechanics Articles- coming soon!
I'll be looking forward to discussing that in this month's Arc Tribune. For now, to my Readers, they can expect up to 8 all-new Articles from the Ice Age coming next month! Let's keep it Super Cool and get ready for this Summer's Hottest Event!

What is "Deluxe Fantasy"?
Earlier this year, I came across a phrase in a song that immediately invigorated my imagination: Deluxe Fantasy. This came from the title of the song, "Another Deluxe Fantasy Dream Sequence" by Gammaflow, and it felt like this shiny mirror into what Arc Sagas could eventually become.
Since then, the entire project shifted with new meaning; those changes re-shape the core experience. Choices matter. Mechanics changed. Each innovation brings us closer to this bold ideal of super Deluxe Fantasy- a premium invitation to create and boldly dream in vivid colors.
Adventure. Discovery. Exploration. Journeys. Arc Sagas is an attempt to compel the senses; to blur the line between this World we know and one shimmering just beyond. It turns the mundane into Magic; the familiar into a threshold of possibility. A tinted lens for the Reader between Worlds, to reflect upon what could be- with just a little Magic.

Lately, as the project has progressed and demanded more of my attention, it's been incredibly difficult to make the Time for Reading. That said, this morning, I had the opportunity to review this year's Pledges. I like to wait near the end of the month, since then they're mostly complete. I think making the Time for writing this- let alone Reading- requires a bit of discipline. Determination. And I think one should. Reading is where it All began.
I don't have to tell you that there's an amazing Community of Writers and World-Builders at World Anvil. You're already here, sitting across from me. You already know. That's the power of effective writing. It can cross Time and Dimension, to meet people in far and distant lands. You have the power to cross that threshold each day. Don't be intimidated by the prolific Writers you find. They're more like you than you may think. We're just different.
In the Spirit of Community, I'd like to include Authors with a link to their Pledges. This is included in the Side-Bar. Take a chance. Go on an adventure. It's my hope you'll rediscover why you started your own journey- or find something new.

Time Crisis
In April 24, Arc Sagas completed the Adventure Time Crisis. In this playable scenario, a malfunction of magical technology creates distortions in Time! This scenario set a major tone for the World-Building in Arc Sagas.What comes Tomorrow?
Ugh- current events. OHH! You mean for Arc Sagas? That is a good question. It's an Inquiry I seek to answer within the Ancient World-Building. Time Crisis created new opportunities for Story-Telling in the long-term. I expect next month's Prompts will uncover new and amazing Historical finds!
In response to Tynen's unofficial Challenge, June-y through Time, I've taken the chance to build an Ice Age Timeline. This is my first attempt at collecting the World's Historical Landscape through this feature. I enjoy the challenge! Expect more in next month's edition of the Arc Tribune!
Sharing Strategies
Lately, my focus has been within Story-Teller's Circle- a wonderful group of Anvilites whom I enjoy writing with year after year. Our group is constantly shifting, as we promote engagement with our fellow members and other Anvilites. When I write a new Article, it goes through my channel within the Story-Teller's Circle Discord, first. Then, I might send a notification through WA, and if I'm feeling really brave, I'll place it in the Discord Server. I'll make an effort to add my Articles to the Summer Camp Showcase in WA's Discord. At the end of the month, I'll include them in a later edition of the Arc Tribune Newsletter.What are your sharing strategies? What have you found to be effective?
