Taago Silat (TAH-go si-LOT)
Professor Taago Silat
An adjunct professor and aficionado of fine stained glasswork, Taago Silat is an artificer from Freeholm. Born and raised by parents who were far-flung travelers and economists for Freeholm.
Taago first met the Fortune's Favor when they came to Freeholm following the disruption of Baram from Koryo control. His expertise in crafting, building, and leadership were deemed valuable to the party, taking the spot of Taborlin who stayed behind to help tend to the wounded there.
His academic expertise led him to develop an advanced expeditionary suit of armor to withstand the dangers of the forest and various archeological sites buried away over years of overgrowth. Since then, he has continually improved and refined the armor, integrating it with various magical and aesthetic properties. Between the metallic plates, there are glowing bits of stained glass artwork to create the ethereal piece of artificery.
Taago has been a front-line member of the party ever since.
The closest Taago has come to death was during the assault on Grey Guard where he was trapped behind a group of enemies and enveloped in magical darkness going hand-to-hand with a group of evil Koryo warlocks.

Muscular, but husky, more noticeable when outside of his armor.
Specialized Equipment
Built a very specialized arcane suit of armor as his graduate artificer project. The armor was inspired by stories of knights from the Freeholm library's historical texts mixed with inspiration of what one would call stained glass from a dilapidated cathedral he explored during his history projects. His armor was designed for defense from the environment, flora, and fauna of the Forest when pursuing archeological investigations.
