They become known as skilled pirates and traders through the seas over the next several centuries, creating trade deals with the Tuskbreaker Clan and travelling merchants and attacking slavers from The Expanse. They oppose slavery, as Baphomet taught a very self sufficent lifestyle, with those who own slaves in the Horned King’s eyes being lazy and weak. As they destroy and raid slaving ships owned by Kymos, they more than often free the slaves, with the more extremist of Baphomet’s cult (who take his ideas as reason to destroy anything civilized and orderly) often release the slaves onto islands, only to spend days hunting after them and consuming them. Geological / environmental event

On the Isle of Undertow in the Pacjour Sea, a great storm forms for several miles in every direction, battering the port town of Undertow with waves and powerful winds that have no end in sight. After a month of this battering storm a large waterspout floods and destroys the city entirely, and emerging from a cove in the center of Undertow comes an Ancient Sea Dragon, named Mezzys, Lord Of The Blue. Over a course of a decade trade between the nations of Ekrune comes to a halt as “The King” sinks thousands of ships and claims the whole of the sea as his domain, allowing ships to pass only if the nation the ship comes from swears utter fealty to him. Island cities suffer greatly as the King’s wrath completely halts trade routes and seagoing races such as Merrow, Deep Ones, Gilibins, and many more live under the King’s rule.
