The gathering of Four

A gathering of the four then seperate factions of Meplaes to decide to future of their relation together and the found of the Meplaes Union.

It's been eleven years after the death of Archmage Delivan. The leaderless south was temporarily placed under General Lemuel Humphrey Mills while his men helped hold the line. Plans were being drawn for a network of forts, towers and walls meant to form a so called fortress city to ward off the beasts from the south.   It was not a time for internal squabbling. As such, General Lemuel Humphrey Mills gathered the representatives of the other nation of Meplaes in the to be Fortress City of Snowthain and gave them an ultimatum. "You shall all adhere to the systems I will lay out today, or I retreat my men back to Steelgate."   Some argued, but with the threat they all faced, this was a time for action. As such, the nations of Meplaes would be united under the Meplaes Union, a confederation unified under the common threat of the south. To this end every region would be governed by a general and a council, to be assigned as the regions sees fit. Members of the confederation that were not engaged in a active war would see themselves deliver material and personal to any member that was engaged. Recruits would be assigned randomly under the command of different regions to quell possible infighting.   As such four nations gathered and one remained.
