The Hell's Edge Syndicate
The hell's edge syndicate is a band of Steelgate locals that have united over their common worry for the safety of the lower city. The authorities rarely venture to such parts and leave what festers there to its own devices.

Master Bron Ravendoom has recently taken over from his father. He is in charge of the small group and his enforcers keep it so.

The syndicate properly has twenty members. Three of these are so called enforcers, goons with extra muscle, and the rest, barring the master himself, being grunts willing to risk themselves for the pay Ravendoom provides.
