Project Potentia: Purportedly commissioned by Emperor Quarto with the intent of creating psionic spies to sabotage the various smaller kingdoms and nations on Ambracia. Black ink and strict bureaucracy prevent UGF officials from discovering more, but no substantial evidence has yet been presented for the existence of such a project.Culture
Batavian culture is split into various 'tiers'.
At the top is the Vianor Rinquuim, which is practically solely occupied by Emperor Mamercus Quarto.
Below him sits the Vieust (also known as Praetorian) Guards, his royal guard.
Nested between Praetorian and the Legionnaire is the Bradba (sometimes called Patricians).
Below the Patricians sits the Veuhuimer (sometimes called the Legionnaire), the numberless guards.
Resting in the shadows below the Legionnaires is the Potentia.
