The Age of Abandonment was an awful time during the earlier ages of humanoid evolution. Children were being abandoned left and right due to their lack of magical abilities. This was when a child washed up on Morana's shores, was raised by ghosts and became the very first demon. He called himself the Demon King and after taking revenge on his parents and saving his baby sister, he continued to save abandoned children and turn them into demons. With him, demonkind was born on Aonaran.
