The Prime Material Plane
In the multiverse that is Anuwai, the Prime Material Plane is quite simply the future version of our very own universe, set about one million years from now. Within the Prime Material plane are a nearly uncountable number of galaxies, stars, and planetary systems, as well as untold numbers of species, sentient and otherwise.
The important distinction between the Prime Material Plane of Anuwai and that of other Dungeons & Dragons settings is that it encompasses a great many worlds that are home to various species. In the Milky Way galaxy lies the Sol system, which includes Earth (now called Yorth by its inhabitants), Lune (Yorth's moon), Ghar (once known on Earth as Yar), and several other, less habitable planets. Further afield can be found a string of colonies on worlds explored by spacefaring humans, some abandoned, some still home to post-human species. There is also the brutal world of Dha, home to the orcs, and the Nine Hells (To'qqiz Shar), a system containing nine habitable (that term being incredibly loosely applied, here) planets that are home to the ancient races of the Qahrli, called simply the Devils by the post-human cultures. Many other unknown worlds can be found in the Prime Material Plane.
In every relevant aspect, the Prime Material Plane functions exactly the same as our real world, though notably due to the persistent technomancical effects enacted by the Celestials (in particular Okàn (the Soul), and the Weave of Technomancy itself), there are things that are possible within the Prime Material Plane that 21st century humanity only knows in our dreams and our stories.
A very notable difference resulting from this cosmology is that travel between certain locations (i.e. between Yorth and Lintukoto, the homeworld of the Elves) is only possible either through interstellar travel (either conventional, taking very, very long, or FTL space travel, technology which does not exist in any Yorth culture) or through teleportation technomancy. Some locations, such as the Nine Hells, technically exist within the Prime Material plane, but have certain technomancical protections that prevent simpler teleportation from functioning to or from such places. Instead, more powerful techniques (such as Plane Shifting) are needed to access them. These differences will be noted in the entries for each such location.
Geography
Exactly the same as our own Universe, albeit about a million years into the future. The Prime Material Plane is homogeneous and infinite, and is in a state of expansion. Travel between worlds is possible through means of conventional space travel, faster-than-light drives (both technological and technomancical), Krasnikov Tubes (hyperlanes of sculpted space-time built by the Celestials between certain locations important to post-humanity), and through direct teleportation.
Fauna & Flora
Too vast and various to describe.
Natural Resources
Infinite.
