Ramsgate
A mid-size city in Devarin, site of the Ashen Ossuary and major base of operations for the Esoteric Order of the Eon Eye. It is also the home of the adventuring group known as Gray's Vengeance.
Demographics
Primarily human, with dwarves, elves, and goblins making up the largest ethnicities.
Government
Though Devarin is itself a protectorate of the Xeliash Empire, the Xelashites governor in Devarin can't be bothered with the day to day operations of the local communities, and so cities like Ramsgate have little oversight and are mostly allowed to run themselves. The Grayskin Accords has attracted some notice from the notoriously xenophobic Xelishites, but for now even the governor, who views most Devarish cities as little more then backwaters, has seen little reason to take action.
Infrastructure
Extensive sewer system, formerly inhabited by packs of goblins, until the Grayskin Accords of 3583 CE.
