Distryll
Capital of Carthia. Located on the Distryll Bay, it has become a haven for Southern smugglers looking to bypass the import taxes imposed by Liem.
Demographics
Mainly human, with representatives of most of the major races. Because of the proliferation of gangs of Southerners, some neighborhoods are dangerous for unprotected non-humans to spend time in.
Industry & Trade
While Carthia as a whole is a major source of fishing for the Seven Kingdoms, the famous port of Distryll is famed for its sailors and the incredible voyages they undertake. Distryll is said to have some of the finest shipwrights on the continent as well as all the necessary products that go with them. Ropes and sail cloth are made in abundance.

The Guilds
The Watchers' Guild - security has been privatized, with the contract to protect the city going to the highest bidder. Until recently, the Watcher's Guild was lead by House Medrani.
The Blackguard- Lady Rhessajan, the king's consort, secretly plots against his corrupt regime. She has her own band of secret police, The Blackguard, who act as vigilantes in Carthia and undermine the authority of the contracted security guilds.
Morab Brotherhood - gang of southern smugglers
Gate of Gold - Once a Temple of Vespera, and then an orphanage, it has been repurposed as a Temple for the desert deity Cabrael by the half-elven priest Galadareal.
