Threat Rating System {TRS}
The Threat Rating System is a method of noting different monsters and situations and grading them with a score of 1-10 to easily inform people of how dangerous the monster or situation is. This system was originally designed and implemented by an adventurers guild in the nation of Eathra in the Age of Steels Grasp. They guild passed the system on to other guilds in the nation and it didn't take long for the system to spread to other nations. By the year 800 A.o.S.G the Threat Rating System was a globally recognized system that was used by more than just adventurers. Law enforcement, disaster response and recovery teams, government agencies, and even new providers used the system to inform anyone who many possibly enter a dangerous situation just how life threatening the situation was.
The Threat Rating System has two variants. The CTRS (Creature Threat Rating System) and the STRS (Situation Threat Ratings System).
