Attilanians

Skitai tribe that lives on southern border of Mithrasian kingdom, they serve as a buffer state between Southland tribes and Mithrasian provinces of Herzog and Freyos.

History

Attilanians were one of the most feared Skitai tribes in Anaheim in 6. and 7. century NE. They left The Great Steppe in 497. NE led by their king Munzduk after Sarumatians defeated them and banished them from The Steppe. In 540. Hunnas became their king and started conquering and assimilating other tribes after decades of licking their wounds and serving other nations. In 550. Hunnas proclaimed Attilanian Empire which dominated northern Anaheim for the next 50 years. In 600. NE Mithrasians, Belgorodians and Skitai rebels fought for their independence on fields of Daone against Hunnases descendants Dengiz and Ellark. Battle ended in coalitions victory, with Ellark dying from Skitai arrows and his brother Dengiz retreating to his capital. Attilanian Empire was dissolved in 622. and they once again migrated, this time to the south. They were defeated and almost exterminated by Kurgans and the rest of them decided to become mercenaries for Mithrasian Kingdom. They were granted ruined province of Bolkos which they defend till this day and faithfully serve Mithrasian king in his campaigns.

Military

Attalanians serve to Kingdom of Mithras mainly as light horsemen with bows or lances. In recent years they used their amassed wealth to start production of better weapons and armor, resulting in creation of heavy cavalry squadrons known as Scourge of Hunnas.

Foreign Relations

Attilanians are loyal servants of Mithrasian Kingdom, joining their armies in all campaigns against any external threats.
