The Rising Summits
The Rising Summits are lands of rolling green valleys, fertile plains, and mountain ridges crowned with glittering spires of civilization. Here, art, knowledge, and political ambition flourish in equal measure. Cities rise proudly into the sky, their towers and universities becoming symbols of progress.
Inhabitants:
Predominantly Elves and Humans, alongside scholars, mages, and other educated races.
Culture:
Knowledge, governance, and refinement shape daily life. The Summits value debate, diplomacy, and scholarship as highly as military prowess. Its people are deeply stratified—aristocrats and learned families hold sway in politics, while commoners provide the labor that sustains their high towers. Elves bring timeless memory and artistry, while humans contribute restless innovation.
Architecture:
Graceful elven spires, human-built citadels of marble and stone, and vast libraries or academies filled with scrolls, tomes, and magical devices. Cities often combine elven elegance with human pragmatism.
Strengths:
Masters of governance, magic, trade, and diplomacy. Their institutions produce skilled politicians, mages, and scholars who often lead The Council of Voices.
Weaknesses:
Their ambition breeds arrogance, and internal rivalries between noble families often spark intrigue. Some whisper that decadence and politics have weakened their warrior spirit.
