Personal history
Colette Tromel rose from poverty during the reign of Waroch I, King of Gwened. As war with Conomor, the Black Dog of Poher ignited, she found her calling, clawing her way into the position of squire to Sieur Blandamour of Gwened, a high ranking knight in Waroch's employ. This was achieved with a "field promotion", following the murder of her predecessor, which she blamed on Conomor's scouts.
When Blandamour was seduced by the Similherez Ate, it was Colette who aided her frequent infiltration into the heavily guarded castle, and the unconscious distribution of Bizaoued-Bleiz across the garrison and city. Stealing one of the cursed Talsim for herself to pawn off later, Colette transformed into a Garwaf along with the others during the Bloodmoon. Intoxicated by the power she had unleashed, Colette joined Ate in the subsequent campaigns in the war, remaining with her mistress until the destruction of the Bower of Bliss by Armel Guyon
Colette fled into the Bleed, wandering the misty lands of the Faewylde, before emerging centuries later in the Duchy of Anjev. Colette, with a small supply of stolen Bizaoued-Bleiz in hand, formed a Free Company of bandits, mercenaries and river pirates, the River Queens. The Free Company terrorized the Liger River Valley, aided by a secret inner circle of Garwaf, the Blandamour Moonpack.
Colette's activities piqued the curiosity of Ate's sister, Acrasia Beldam who sought out and enlisted the bandits in her own mischief and schemes, targeting individuals for murder or corruption.

Colette is a lesbian seeking out other women for her sexual and romantic partnerships. She is polyamorous, taking on multiple partners during a period or cycling through them. She develops strong, if domineering bonds with her partners.
Intellectual Characteristics
Colette is sadistic in her brigand activities, but charismatic, pragmatic and brave. She inspires great loyalty and fear among her underlings.

Colette kidnapped the Kuzuliad Quinn Mercier while she was traveling between Naoned and Per-Ys. Quinn quickly succumbed to the temptations and power of Colette's Fisher Kingdom, becoming a Garwaf. She returned to Naoned, but has not followed the bandit's direction to start a moonpack in the Canal City.
