Barony of Bidar
History
Following The Fall of Ys, the Druidic leaders fled into the wilderness, following the Aon River to eventually found a Nemeton, protected by the steep mountains.
The Urzh Kroashent established a presence in the region.
Following the Odet Raids House Tréziguidy established a castle along the Aon River to defend the interior against attacks from the sea
Territories
Bidar is a landlocked Sovereignty in Northwestern Kernev. The Barony of Rouzig envelopes the region, surrounding it on the North, West and South, while Biskonti Poher extends over its Northeastern border. Lastly Barony of Dardoup completes the surrounding territories on the Eastern edge of the region.
Bidar is located in the Kastellin Basin as the Aon River takes a meandering, circuitous route through the region, with long, tight curves as it travels towards the sea. The North of the region, in the Meneziou Are is mountainous, while the South along the river is more open, until reaching the Meneziou Du, as the mountains begin to rise again on the Southern Bank of the river.
