Morally Delemmous Techno/Piss Wizard's Tower

A colossal tower belonging to the Morally Delemmous Techno/Piss Wizard. Its location changes often, the Wizard using his magic to teleport it across the land.   The tower itself stretches up several hundred floors. Each floor is only one room, and these rooms get smaller the higher up one goes. By the 200th floor, there's about as much floor space as a walk-in closet. By the 300th, it's about the width of a standing shower. The topmost floor, 321, doesn't even have room for a person to stand.   The basement of the tower contains untold amounts of cursed apples.   The tower is surrounded by strong teleportation fields. Anything that falls from more than two stories up is immediately teleported to the topmost floor, floor 321.   It is unknown how this structure was constructed, nor how it stands when it teleports.   Many claim to have seen this tower, but those who have are often thought to be insane as the tower never stays in place long enough for one to show their friends as proof.
