Lord Jeremiah Saltwater
A pale, scrawny halfling with sunken eyes and extremely damp skin. Easy to mistake as a drowned corpse, his water-damaged attire and blonde hair drift behind him as if buoyant. He walks with a limp on account of his peg right leg.
Jeremiah is gripped by a fierce hatred of piracy and those who don't respect the laws of the land, after an unfortunate run-in with the lot resulting in his death, prior to him being revived by his otherworldly patron.
Jeremiah was found by the crew of the Dismayer and Droog's Diamonds on a wrecked dinghy in the middle of the ocean, with no land or other ships in sight.
