With Skahn banished and peace restored to the land, the survivors of the Five Realms gathered to discuss how to rebuild. They drafted and signed the Treaty of Blood, a binding agreement to prevent the destruction of the world from happening again.

They drafted and signed the Treaty of Blood, a binding agreement to prevent the destruction of the world from happening again.   The treaty entailed that the Five Realms of the Four Races (Human Hylak and Valkah, elvin Sorra, goblin Seltik, and orc Gorguns) would return to a skill and honor based system of military engagement. All of their military technology had been lost in the Fifth Millennium War, leaving only a memory of metal monsters and weapons that spit fire and falling stars that terrified the survivors from ever wanting to repeat it. The presence of Skahn was almost forgotten entirely.
