Once a grand fortress of the Emperor the fortress has seen better days.
The current commander is an old retired general, given control of the fortress to remove him from the politics of the Xeng empire. He maintains the fortress for his clan bringing potential warriors from Lianyungang for training before having the shipped to the empire.
