This city has been built in the Shallow Sea amongst the kelp forests. Gigantic boulders have been shifted by magic to create underwater spires that have been encouraged to grow coral.
Unable to receive the Lornnaer of the Elenhos this city has been heavily influenced by the Ornhini druidic circles.
