Session 10: A New Friend

Began session around the 1st Tulkas of Rainmoot at 10:30am in the Stanky Cheese Fangs Hideout.   The party forced the goblins to a tactical retreat and made their way into the chambers where they met a Tabaxi Ranger named Clawdia. A battle ensued with the goblin wardens (the stealthy one escaped), Clawdia broke free of her chains, and opened a mimic chest. The fight turned dour but the party was accomplished in the end.   Inside the room, there was a mute man named Jacques, a ravenous gnoll, and 4 grungs in cages. The mute man seemed to be very fearful of Root Treething, for reasons unsaid (because he's mute).    They also came across a snowglobe-like device that seemed to hold a dead adventurer-trainer named Phil. Phil offered to assist this party in training them for their adventuring endeavors.   After a short rest, and discussing next steps, the party was attacked by goblins entering through a secret door who were quickly decimated and retreated. Ended session there.   Session end around the 1st Tulkas of Rainmoot at Noon in the Stanky Cheese Fangs hideout.
