The Key of Thundalis
General Summary
The Soviet Union travel to Frenyston. There, they discover a use for the strange mechanism they acquired, underneath an abandoned clock tower. The mechanism opens a door, which reveals a set of chambers, each with their own puzzles. Together, the party solve all of the puzzles and reveal one final chamber.
There is the skeletal remains of a figure within this final chamber, and a note which reads:
To those who find me here, you will not know me. I am Thundalis, and in my time I was the Lord of Storms. Few could compare to my ability to manipulate magic, and so I found myself with many allies, and greater enemies. In my later years, I chose to hide myself from the world, in the place you see me now. My treasures are elsewhere, scattered across the world so that forces in the shadows cannot benefit from my work. I have three other chambers, in three other continents. Find my chambers and prove yourself to them, and you may become the Lord of Storms in your own time.
Rewards and Consequences
- 404 gains the Ring of Lightning Detection.
- Magnus gains the Stone of "Good" Luck.
- Ronan is cursed. If he suffers a bite from a common dog, he will die.
