Frenysian Council (fɹˈɛniːʃən kˈa͡ʊnsə͡l)
The local governing body of Frenyston. The Council consists of seven members of the local community. There is no official building where the council members meet to handle governmental tasks; instead, they prefer to carry out their business on a boat. In times of weather unsuitable for being on the water, meetings will take place at one of the member's houses.
