It is heavily rumored that the Black Tips work alongside the Grave Rats, as the two groups have been known to cooperate on several jobs in the past.   The Black Tips are infamous for their use of poison and hand-to-hand combat. To become a member of the Black Tips, one must undergo rigorous training and complete several difficult tasks to prove their loyalty and skill.   Sam Gibbs, the current leader of the Black Tips, is a formidable opponent in combat. He is easily identifiable by his black wavy hair and sharpened canine teeth. Gibbs is a hot-headed individual who runs the guild with strict rules and a set rotation of visiting bars and taverns. However, he is known to give a warning to those who happen to be in the wrong place at the wrong time but have no connection to their targets.   Failed assassins in Belu, known as Deft Slaves, are often recruited by the Black Tips. They are trained to become skilled assassins and serve the guild for life. The Black Tips are also known to have connections in the Under Dome, where they sometimes recruit new members and conduct business deals.   Despite the high demand for their services, the Black Tips remain a highly clandestine organization, with only a few individuals even aware of their existence. They operate in the shadows, taking out high-profile targets and conducting their business with precision and efficiency, making them a powerful force in Belu's criminal underworld.
