Principality
A Principality is a political organisation led by a Prince or a Princess. They are a sub-set of the Kingdom of Vah'kan and must obey its laws. It is not necessarily backed by dominion over a certain geographical location, though it often is, if only because it matches the needs of the organisation.
A Prince has very little leeway in commanding their Principality, because they must respect the will of King Vah'dis. Still, they have the right to levy their own taxes (within reason) and have access to the military power of the Kingdom should they have need of it.
