Dagfinn

Dagfinn (Regnal name: Vah'finn) is a Prince and the Regulator of Trade. Dagfinn is a half-elven man with smooth, slicked back blonde hair. He always keeps himself impeccably groomed, and boasts a fairly fit physique. It is immediately evident from his extravagant style of clothing that this man enjoys displaying his wealth. He is known to be very eccentric, as well as conversely being very close to his money when it comes to matters other than himself. It is a well known fact that Dagfinn is extremely strict on commerce, but that he is very lenient regarding goods that he himself would consume. It is also very difficult for small-time traders to get to sell their goods in Siarvald due to the punitive taxes put into place by Vah'finn.
