Ëaqelun
The continent was discovered in and named after the month Ëaqelun by explorers of the Empire of Carodin. Ëaqeluns geography and climate is strongly influenced by massive mountain ranges as well as two big bodies of water in the center, the Ilyonic Sea and the Sea of Lyaur.
Many maps show Ëaqelun together with the landmasses of Talun and Caroda without properly distinguishing between them, which led to the widespread assumption that Ëaqelun is the name for all three.
