Personal history

Aldis Rindorin Rindorinam the Just was born the prince of Derendor to His father, king Niram, and his mother, Queen Milithele. Aldis, like any prospective ruler of the nation, was schooled in the ways of politics, war and philosophy from the age of 4. His younger brother, Aldor, sought to usurp the throne, and at the age of 9, Aldis made an attempt at the young heir's life with a knife by the banks of the Turundi, who was then 12 years old. Aldis survived the attack and killed his brother in an act of self-defence.    When he was 17, Aldis' father passed away, and the throne came to him. still inexperienced, he navigated his kingship based the advice of his royal advisors. This went well, until Juuk Bor, a dwarven general who had advised the king in military matters, sought to usurp the king through a coup d'etat when he was 19 years of age. The bloody banquet, as the event had come to be known, resulted in the death of Bor and the increase of the king's legimitacy.   By the age of 26, king Aldis had continued the increasingly isolationist policy that started by his forefathers. Trade with Mittrellion, Ascilian and Etaliron had come to a grinding halt. There was still no sign of hostility, however; the house of Rindorinam was interested in a Derendor that invested in a policy of "inward perfection", where it could fare independently from foreign countries while involving itself as little as possible with outside affairs. Its alliance with Grayhan never broke, although it cooled down.    in this time, Derendor's internal stability was outstanding and domestic noble loyalty was high. Aldis had no particular interest to strengthen the bond with a single region, so when he came to the decision of finding a wife, there were little matters so pressing that he had priorities in strengthening bonds with a particular family. Therefore he hosted a great feast in Askar, where several of the nation's most powerful noble families could offer the hands of their daughters, sisters or nieces to the king. The king, not looking for anyone in particular, found strong love with lady Alidele of Durnham, who was 20 years of age. After an intense honeymoon period, the two wed the year after.    Alidele gave birth to 6 Children of Aldis; first a daughter, when Alidele was 22, who was named Amidele. A year after came another daughter, Dorafile. Two years after came a third daughter, Mirandele. A year after came their first son, Noram. He would be the heir to the Derendoran throne. Five years after the birth of Noram, their fourth daughter was born, her name was Nile. Six years after the birth of Nile, their second son, Arin, was born.
